Returns, Exchange &
Refund Policy

Incorrect or damaged items can be exchanged or returned for a credit / refund. Claims for damaged items must be made within 48 (forty eight) hours of delivery or same day as pick up. NO returns or refunds given on made to measure and/or non-stocked items.

Refunds for customer order cancellation, change of mind or over-ordering on stocked items only. A 15% (fifteen percent) of the total order value or $30 (thirty dollar) restocking fee (whichever is greater) will apply. The restocking fee will apply to any orders delivered, picked up or that have been packed ready for despatch.

If you make an error during the ordering process, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue and gladly exchange the item ordered, with the item you intended to purchase.

To return or exchange your piece, please email or phone to advise us via our Contact us page. We will email you back with all the relevant information. Customers will be required to pay for return postage.

Please ensure that you keep your postal receipt until we have confirmed that we have received the returned parcel.
