Delivery
Steeline FNW offers a variety of delivery options to ensure your products arrive safely and efficiently. Please note that delivery availability may depend on the size and type of products ordered. The following points outline key details regarding our delivery process:
- Delivery Method Availability: Available delivery options and shipping rates will be displayed at the checkout stage. These options may vary depending on your location and the nature of your order.
- Large & Custom Items: Items such as roofing sheets and other large or custom-manufactured products will be delivered directly by the Steeline FNW delivery service.
- Third-Party Couriers: Where applicable, you may choose a third-party courier such as Australia Post, TNT, Team Global Express etc for delivery. If so, you will receive a tracking number issued directly by the selected courier service.
- Delivery Limitations: Certain delivery services may not accept large, heavy, or irregularly shaped items. In these cases, only Steeline FNW’s in-house delivery option will be available. Geographic limits apply on Steeline FNW's delivery service.
Collection
For added convenience, Steeline FNW offers a "Click and Collect" service from its branches. Please take note of the following conditions when collecting your order:
- Branch Pickup: Customers may choose to collect their goods from a local Steeline FNW branch. Pickup is available during branch trading hours.
- Brisbane Mon-Fri 7am to 4pm
- Toowoomba Mon-Fri 7am to 5pm, Sat-Sun 8am - 1pm
- Inverell Mon-Fri 7am to 5pm, Sat 8am to 12pm
- Vehicle Suitability: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle used for collection is appropriate for the size, weight, and nature of the goods being transported.
- Safety Compliance: For safety reasons, Steeline FNW despatch staff reserve the right to refuse release of goods if the collection vehicle is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for transporting the order. Customers should also ensure that adequate securing straps/rope is available to secure the goods being transported.
- Identification & Order Confirmation: Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid form of identification when collecting your goods.
