What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?+

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including but not limited to:
- Face to face contact with Steeline FNW Industries representatives at our branch locations or at a trade event
- Phone conversations with Steeline FNW Industries representatives
- Information divulged in emails between you and FNW Industries
- From your interaction via our website including information shared when you set up an account for our e-commerce store
- From cookies on our website
- From your interaction with our social media channels
- From media and publications from publicly available source
- From third parties

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our products and services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing, or by clicking the unsubscribe link in our commercial email publications.

Steeline FNW is dedicated to keeping your Personal Information secure. We will take all reasonable steps to protect the security of your personal information held by us from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. This includes appropriate technology to protect personal information stored electronically, as well as limiting the number of FNW personnel who have access to information stored in hard copy format.
Despite our reasonable efforts, we cannot guarantee that the security of your Personal Information, therefore, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability any responsibility for any damage you may suffer due to any loss, unauthorised access, misuse or alteration of any information we collect.
When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information.
Access to your Personal Information+
You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.
FNW Industries will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
Maintaining the quality of your Personal Information+
It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality products and services to you.

Returns & Exchanges
Please choose carefully as we do not offer any refunds of purchases made unless the product is faulty. We check all the work before posting it to you. Should you receive a work and are not 100% happy with it, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
We will happily offer an exchange or credit note for items that are returned complete and unused in the original packaging (to ensure protection while in transit). Items must be returned to us within 14 days of invoice and must include the original sales receipt.
If you make an error during the ordering process, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue and gladly exchange the item ordered, with the item you intended to purchase.
To return or exchange your piece, please email or phone to advise us via our Contact us page. We will email you back with all the relevant information. Customers will be required to pay for return postage.
Please ensure that you keep your postal receipt until we have confirmed that we have received the returned parcel.
Steeline FNW Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. GOODS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF FNW GROUP OF COMPANIES UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER IN FULL PRIOR TO LEAVING THE PREMISES. ALL GOODS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. COLLECTION & DELIVERY OF GOODS:
2. The customer will be invoiced for all goods sold, thereafter at the discretion of Steeline FNW either be delivered to the customer's premises or depot as advised at the time of order placement. All goods must be collected within 14 (fourteen) working days of the invoice date. Steeline FNW will notify the customer of the date the goods will either be delivered or ready for collection, and the location for collection. If the customer is unable or unwilling to accept physical delivery of the goods within 14 (fourteen) working days of the goods being ready for dispatch, Steeline FNW shall be entitled to charge a fee for any delay suffered, or to arrange storage of the goods at the risk and cost of the customer. All transportation, storage and any other associated costs shall be payable by the customer before goods can be received.
